Spring is here in the Boundary, and with it comes longer days, warmer weather, and some exciting changes at MaMa's Grill. Starting May 1, we're rolling out our new spring hours and a refreshed lineup of weekly specials that we think you're going to love.
First, the hours. We'll be open Wednesday through Saturday, giving you four days a week to get your MaMa's fix. Wednesday through Friday, the doors open at 11 am and we serve until 8 pm. Saturday is our big day — we open at 9 am with breakfast service and keep cooking straight through until 8 pm. Whether you're craving a morning stack of pancakes or a late dinner, Saturday at MaMa's has you covered.
Now, the specials. We've built a weekly rotation that gives you something to look forward to every day we're open:
Wing & Beer Wednesday: Kick off your mid-week with our famous chicken wings — crispy, saucy, and available in a rotating selection of flavors from classic hot to honey garlic to our secret dry rub. Pair them with a cold draft beer at a special combo price. It's the perfect excuse to get out of the house on a Wednesday evening.
Pasta Thursday: The kitchen team has been working on some new pasta dishes, and Thursday is when they shine. Think hearty meat sauces, creamy alfredos, and seasonal specials that change with what's fresh. Every plate comes with garlic bread made in-house. It's comfort food at its finest — the kind of meal that makes you feel warm from the inside out.
Fish Friday: You already know about this one — our legendary beer-battered fish and chips, back by popular demand. Wild-caught cod, in-house cut chips, tartar sauce, and fresh coleslaw. Available from noon until close (or until we sell out).
Full Menu Saturday: Saturday is the day we pull out all the stops. The complete MaMa's Grill menu is available, from our famous burgers and steaks to appetizers, salads, and desserts. Breakfast runs from 9 am to 11 am, then the full lunch and dinner menu takes over. It's the best day to bring the whole family.
We're excited about the season ahead. The patio will be open as soon as the weather cooperates, and we've got a few more surprises in the works that we'll announce soon. For now, mark your calendars for May 1 and come hungry. We'll be ready for you.
